book a free fit call08 / 08

Bring one stuck deal. Let’s see where you need help.

A free 15–20 minute conversation with Keith Modzelewski. Bring one stuck deal or one question about your sales process. We will discuss what is happening and whether a paid review, another engagement, or an internal fix is the right next step.

01 / 03 What happens

A short conversation. A clear next step.

01

What is happening now.

Who the customer is, what they are trying to solve, who is involved, what has moved, and what has stopped.

02

The buying decision.

We discuss which decision has stalled and what you already know about the buyer, budget, evidence, and approval path.

03

Where you need help.

We discuss what your team can handle and where an outside review might be useful.

04

Whether you need help after the call.

We decide whether to explore a paid review or other work. An internal fix or no outside help may be the appropriate next step.

Not for

Idea-stage companies. Pre-product founders. SaaS-only businesses. Anyone looking for a sales coaching session. Pure cold-pitch sessions for vendors selling into Quarry North.

02 / 03 Book the call

Add context, then pick a time.

Qualifying questions.

These help us prepare for a useful conversation about your business.

Pick a time.

Share the context so we can prepare, or skip straight to the calendar.

03 / 03 Ground rules

What to expect.

The fit call is free. We discuss the problem and whether working together makes sense. You do not need to complete the self-assessment before booking.

The written review is a separate service. The Sales & Pricing Review costs $4,500 and includes written findings with priorities. Booking a fit call does not purchase it.

The call helps us establish fit. Joining customer meetings, writing proposals, and implementing changes require a separately agreed engagement.

This is not for vendors selling into Quarry North. If you sell software, services, or capital to deep tech companies and want to pitch Quarry North as a customer, please use the contact email at the bottom of any page. Not the booking form.

The paid review

Want an expert review? Discuss the Sales & Pricing Review.

A review of your current pricing, a discovery conversation, and written sales findings with three priorities. Separate from the free self-assessment and fit call. Written findings in 10-14 days. $4,500. The fee credits in full toward a Sprint.
